Red Alert 2 (ENGLISH) v1.006 [67 KB] No-CD & PlayFix 

• Install the game - Full Installation.
• Apply the official C&C: Red Alert 2 v1.006 [ENGLISH] Patch.
• Copy all *.MIX files from both CDs to the game directory.
• Replace the original RA2.EXE executable with the one from the Patch Archive.
• Extract the RA2V1006CRK.EXE Patch to the game directory.
• Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from: GAME.EXE
• Play the Game!

Alarmstufe Rot 2 (GERMAN) v1.006 [130 KB] No-CD Executable

• Install the game - Full Installation.
• Apply the official C&C: Red Alert 2 v1.006 [GERMAN] Patch.
• Copy all *.MIX files from both CDs to the game directory.
• Extract the RA2V1006GER.EXE Patch to the game directory.
• Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from: GAME.EXE & RA2.EXE
• Play the Game!

Use the included movies01.mix and movies02.mix files to downsize the game!
This patch also removes the copy protection which causes all buildings/units to explode after 30 seconds of playing!! 

If you are experiencing problems unpacking the .ACE files make sure to use the latest WinACE 2.xx as previous versions, WinRAR & WinZIP fail to work!!!

If you have problems downloading files then use a download manager
like Go!Zilla! (Free!), Download Accelerator or GetRight to avoid download problems and to resume failed downloads!

It can happen that some of the downloads have a .TGZ extension instead of the usual .ACE  -  Just rename the file back to .ACE and it works fine again!
